• Diamond – once you have 10,000,000 subscribers

If you are about to reach 100,000 subscribers, congrats! Follow these steps to apply for Silver Play Button:

1. Go to your Dashboard and you will see a notification with a redemption code on top. Click on ‘Claim Now’ and you will be redirected to the Redemption Site. Enter your redemption code and tap on ‘Continue’ and go to Step 7 for further process.

What to do if you haven’t received a notification?

In case you don’t get a notification after you have completed 100,000 subscribers, wait for a week. If still don’t get a notification, follow the above steps:

2. Go to channel Dashboard and tap on the ‘Help Button’ and then click ‘Visit help Forum’.

3. Tap on getting Support > Get Creator support > Channel and Video Features and you will be redirected to the Request Chat Window for your inquiry.

4. If you want to contact through Email, tap on ‘Send us an email’ and fill up the Complete form and also attach the Screenshot of your Dashboard showing the number of subscribers.

5. If you want to contact through chat, tap on ‘Request Chat’, enter your ‘Channel URL’, and tap on ‘Start Chat’ to report your problem.

6. After your inquiry, You will receive an email with your redemption code. Copy the code tap on ‘Creator Award redemption Website’. Enter your redemption code and tap on ‘Continue’ for further process.

7. Your redemption code will be activated. Enter your ‘Channel name’ and tap on ‘Continue’.

8. Enter your shipping address and other required information and tap on ‘Continue’. Check your information and finally tap on ‘Confirm My Order’.

9. Check your order status if conformed and wait for 1-2 weeks until your silver play button reaches your location.
