If you are running a Business Account on Instagram, you can delete the drafts by doing so:

1. Log into your Instagram account and go to ‘Instagram Insights’.

2.Tap on the ‘Create post’ icon and save a draft.

3. Click on ‘create post‘ icon on home screen, ‘Drafts’. The saved drafts will appear there.

4. Click on the small ‘Manage’ icon you see.

5. Click on the ‘Pencil icon’ and select the picture you want to remove.

6. Click on ‘Tick mark’ icon and select ‘Discard’.

Once you do this, the drafts you want to delete will have been gone permanently. Before doing this, you have to make sure that you have drafts saved on Instagram.
